On October 11, 2012, Kathryn Lapierre, 18, of 1 Tidewater Court, Kennebunk, ME, was charged with Illegal Possession of Liquor by a Minor and Sale & Use of Drug Paraphernalia after police responded to the residence for a disturbance. She is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on January 9, 2013.
On October 11, 2012, Daniel Merrill, 21, of 95 Alewive Road, Kennebunk, ME, was arrested on an active arrest warrant for Failure to Pay Fines after police responded to the residence for a harassment complaint. He was transported to the York County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court.
On October 12, 2012, Jason Rickett, 29, of 2 Paige Drive, Gorham, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing police department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on December 5, 2012.
On October 12, 2012, Dennis Sillon, 54, of 476 Shapleigh Corner Road, Shapleigh, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing police department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on December 19, 2012.
On October 13, 2012, Robert McMaster, 20, of 9 Marquand Lane, Boston, MA, was charged with Failure to Give Notice of Accident by Quickest Means and Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Property Damage pursuant to a motor vehicle crash on York Street. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on January 9, 2013.
On October 14, 2012, Jeffrey Barr, 58, of 139 Log Cabin Road, Kennebunkport, ME, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence after police received a complaint regarding erratic operation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court December 5, 2012.
On October 15, 2012, Michael Dente, 33, of 5 Allison Drive, Saco, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing police department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on December 5, 2012.
On October 16, 2012, Matthew Scott, 48, of 767 Minot Avenue, Auburn, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing police department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on December 19, 2012.
On October 17, 2012, Karen McLaughlin, 46, of 51 Cumming Street, Buxton, ME, was charged with Operating with Suspended Registration pursuant to a motor vehicle stop on York Street for a traffic infraction. She is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District on January 9, 2013.
On October 17, 2012, Matthew Dichard, 44, of 38 Duston Drive, Glenburn, ME 17 Northland Road, #2, Glenburn, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing police department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on December 19, 2012. *correction 10/27/2012
On October 17, 2012, two seventeen year old Kennebunk, ME, juveniles were charged with Possession of a Useable Amount of Marijuana and Sale & Use of Drug Paraphernalia after police received a call in reference to suspicious behavior on Webber Hill Road. The juveniles are scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on January 26, 2013.
On October 18, 2012, Patrick Heelan, 56, of 128 Burnham Road, Scarborough, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing police department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on December 19, 2012.
On October 18, 2012, Nathaniel Thompson, 53, of 221 Spurwink Road, Scarborough, ME, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing police department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on December 19, 2012.
On October 19, 2012, Robert Furber, 34, of 32 Spring Street, Concord, NH, was charged with Theft after police responded to Hannaford Supermarket for an alleged shoplifting case. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on January 9, 2012.
On October 22, 2012, Albert Tremblay, 46, of 144 Old Derry Road, Hudson, NH, was charged with Engaging a Prostitute following an ongoing police department investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Biddeford District Court on December 19, 2012.
